Your ticket is only valid for the booked date and time; it cannot be used for a different time or date.
Customers should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled timeslot.
Please exchange your voucher for tickets at the Buckingham Palace Ticket Office, where some queuing time should be expected.
For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby carriers are available for loan.
A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons.
Visitors are required to pass through an airport style security check. Bags larger than 45cm x 20cm x 30cm cannot be taken into the Palace.
Luggage storage can be found nearby, including at Victoria Station.
A multilingual audio guide is included in your admission price
Please ensure that you have a printed copy of your ticket and valid identification with you on the day
Photography is not permitted within the State Rooms
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Palace, with the exception of bottled water
For safety reasons, pushchairs/strollers cannot be taken into the State Rooms. They must be checked in and collected after your tour
