The Tower of London, built in the 11th century, has been a key part of British history. It’s held many roles over the years, from housing wild animals to being a prison and the Royal Mint, making it a place full of fascinating stories.  
When you visit, you’ll meet the Beefeaters, or Yeoman Warders, who now guard the Tower of London Crown Jewels. The Crown Jewels are a must-see, featuring the stunning crowns worn by famous monarchs, including Queen Elizabeth II’s Imperial State Crown.    

You can also check out the Royal Beasts Exhibition, where you’ll learn about the wild animals once kept at the Tower, including lions, baboons, and even a polar bear.  

Lastly, the Line of Kings exhibit shows off royal armours from famous monarchs like Henry VIII and Charles I. This Tour of London Tour is a great way to dive into British history!
