• Age Recommendation: For all ages. Under-12s must be accompanied by an adult on our site.
• Every adult and child needs a ticket, except for babes in arms aged under 18 months at the time of the performance who don’t need their own seat. Under-12s must be seated next to an accompanying adult.
• Photography/Filming: Not permitted during the performance
• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show for security and seating
• Dress Code: No strict dress code – smart casual is common
• Food & Drink: Onsite bars are available; outside food is not allowed
• Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted to the auditorium, but a suitable break cannot be guaranteed.
• Access: Audio Described and British Sign Language interpreted (BSL) performance: Sunday 21 December at 4.30pm

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on Waterloo Bridge, continuing through the roundabout while staying on Waterloo Bridge, turning toward Belvedere Road, continuing onto Belvedere Road, and turning right to reach your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by tube, using the Waterloo & City, Bakerloo, Jubilee, and Northern lines to the Waterloo station, followed by a three-minute walk. It is also a five-minute walk away from the Waterloo transit station. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
