A moving, funny and unflinchingly honest celebration of family, grief and tradition, Nine Night returns in a brand new Kiln Theatre production.

When Gloria dies, her family gathers for the Jamaican Nine Night — a traditional wake held over nine nights, where the spirit is remembered through food, music, storytelling and togetherness. But as relatives arrive, old wounds reopen, tensions rise, and long-buried truths begin to surface. With eight nights still to go, the family must confront what they’ve avoided for years.

Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show for security and seating
Dress Code: No strict dress code – smart casual is common
Food & Drink: Onsite bars are available; outside food is not allowed
Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted to the auditorium, but a suitable break cannot be guaranteed.
Under 16's must be accompanied and be seated with an adult.
